Thanks to A Photo A Day for bringing this video to my attention. How It's Made looks at optical lenses, and after watching it (which I couldn't stop doing), you'll hopefully see my point about how much lenses cost. Six weeks to make one? No wonder I get a sick feeling in my stomach when I accidentally put my finger on the glass.
