Images of the Year Deadline Extended

Appoy We want to make sure everyone knows that the deadline for American Photo's Images of the Year Competition is fast approaching -- originally this Friday, September 14. AND because we know photographers are a busy bunch, we decided to give everyone an extra week to submit. The new deadline is September 21. We're looking for amateurs and professionals with published or unpublished work. So what are you waiting for? Go here to check out last year's winners.

Hiya,
I read this post and sent off an entry to reac AP before the 21st. Now I read on the site that the deadline is Sept 17th ...Am I in trouble?

Miki Johnson

Sorry about the confusion. You do indeed have until the 21st, so you're not in trouble. There was a little confusion here on our part, but we wanted to extend the deadline a full week, which puts us at the 21st. We hope everyone takes advantage of the extra days!
