CANCELLED: Aperture Event: June 20

Editor's Note: Thanks to Kurt who pointed out in the comments that this event has been cancelled. This is pure conjecture here, but we think the cancellation might have something to do with Charlotte Cotton's new job, which you can find out about here.

In Aperture's final and most esoteric Tip of the Tongue Heated Debate for the season, moderator Charlotte Cotton (head of cultural programs for Art + Commerce) will prod the panelists to "scrutinize the slow, constructed, and directorial approach to photography as one of the primary strategies of contemporary practice." I doubt I am the only one who is having a little trouble parsing that topic, so I guess we'll just have to show up and see what the experts have to say.

6:30 pm
