The Kiyosato Museum of Photographic Arts in Japan is once again soliciting submissions for its Young Portfolio 2007. Since 1995 the museum has been choosing a growing number of prints (289 last year) to buy and include in its permanent collection. For a $15 entry fee, any photographer younger than 35 from anywhere in the world can enter. If selected, photographs garner ¥30,000 to ¥300,000 (about $250 to $2,500). Check this page for details and application forms. Submissions must arrive between April 15 and April 30, 2007.
